VACATION & EMERGENCY BOARDING
Boarding services are available to all Hoytt Dobes and non-Hoytt Dobes if the non-Hoytt resides in the same household as the Hoytt Dobe; otherwise, no non-Hoytt Dobes are offered these services at the House of Hoytt. OBEDIENCE BRUSH-UP or ADVANCEMENT programs are available to all Hoytt Dobes tailored to meet your needs. Consider a brush-up program while your Dobe is boarding with us or we can add Rally or even the total Grand Victor Title Obedience and yet you can first take your new Hoytt Dobe home as young as our SP One Level initially.
PICK UP SERVICE
Our last call for this type of assistance came at 10 a.m. on a Monday, the owner of a pair of Hoytt Dobes had to enter the hospital early
the next morning and her husband was out of the country.
Within two hours our driver was on his way. The trip one way was just short of
800 miles and at 2 am the next morning our driver called to say he was on his
way back. The Dobes were laying on their beds surrounded by their toys and a
stretch away from food and water. No cages, no pens, just out for a ride with
someone they knew from their initial development here. One month later husband,
wife and canines were together again - returned by our driver.

Note: The House of Hoytt is in effect a service organization. Need a
service we missed presenting ... just ask. Remember we are a service
organization that happens to be smart enough to know one can't make stars out of
Turkeys ( except of course on holidays ) so we developed our own blood lines to
be able to give our clients the level of assured success in Dobes they are
reaching for.
 DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY or ESTABLISHED CLIENT MID POINT MEET
Two weeks pass. Looks like you can finally break away. A call to the kennel finds that two
days before the Dobe you were interested in was sold to another who simply followed
instructions and reserved the dog by phone. You are not happy about this. You decide that
there will never be another Doberman as fine as the one you just lost. Years later you will
still be referred to by acquaintances as the person who almost owned a great Hoytt Dobe. Okay, I admit this is a bit of an exaggeration but just in case your workload does not allow you to grab the next flight out or jump in the car to cruise over, but one of our young adults or one of the 'family' in our latest Special Offering caught your eye, give us a call; we may just be able to come to you*.
Can not recall if the House of Hoytt offered a delivery or pick up service before 1955 but the van on the left was actually one of our early modes of transporting our dogs. Today life my be more complex but in so many areas much more rewarding - fact is that until the late sixties House of Hoytt was like most breeders who even today historically sell babies, sending them home with all the finishing touches left on the buyers shoulders with a dozen correct decisions needed to be made within the first weeks of ownership that will make the difference in many areas the hoped success for the years ahead. This is not meant to sound negative, its how it has always been until HOYTT decided to take on more pre-placement responsibilities . And what bloodline of any breed today can be seriously talk about the coming of it's 100th anniversary. ONLY HOYTT.
For those who would enjoy a special video on their new Hoytt Dobe showing
every stage of development we have captured on film, we can, following the
completion of the programs, put together a Video Scrape Book. The cost of this
is $25.00 plus one dollar per minute with the average video 30 minutes in
duration. Grand Victors and Accomplished Adults can run up to 90 minutes
due to the length the Hoytt Dobes are under our guidance. Be assured we are very
careful to edit out what is of poor quality or what would not be of interest.
Note: Please request this when possible at the time you reserve your new
Dobe.
Formal photos sessions by the DobeMaster
Those who know me know that no one can come close to capturing the showman in the Dobe. And I
do enjoy photographing my Dobes, but I have a problem in that I will not purposely print a
final of a Dobe that is not outstanding. When I go out I have at least one handler, one person
who will draw the Dobe's attention away from me, and, if additional Dobes are involved, those
Dobes' handlers. All in all a single photo session trying to capture the physical flashiness
and personal expression will take up to an hour. However, weather conditions and schedule
conflicts can cause some sessions to span over a few days. Cost per development
stage figured with two helpers - a combined 90 minutes staff time.

As of 11-19-11 these two boys have started training, open to every level from SP2 to our GV program - so looking for an outstanding fawn or red and fall of 2012 is a bit too long to wait.
